  • All product parts and accessories are intact

  • Items must be returned in their original, secure packaging

  • Custom-engraved or clearance products are non-returnable

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or adjusted for partial refund.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  2. We will provide return authorization and address details

  3. Ship the product using a trackable method

Returns without authorization may not be processed.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect: We cover return shipping

  • If returning due to personal choice: Customer is responsible for return shipping

We recommend retaining the return tracking number for reference.


Refund Timeline

Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

  • We notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Depending on your bank, funds may take several days to appear.


Exchanges and Replacements

If you’d like a different model, color, or variation of your product, we encourage you to:

  1. Return the original item for refund

  2. Place a new order with the updated selection

This ensures clarity in stock handling and shipping coordination.


Partial Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • Returned products show signs of wear or installation

  • Original packaging or components are missing

Damaged or Defective Items
