Order Processing Time

Every order is processed within 1–3 business days. During this stage, we:

  • Verify item availability and quality

  • Package the product with eco-conscious materials

  • Assign a carrier based on your delivery region and speed preference

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Time Estimates

Delivery times may vary based on location and method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for select regions

We strive to meet these timeframes, though unexpected circumstances (such as customs delays or weather) may extend them slightly.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. Please be advised:

We support documentation and tracking for all international parcels.


Delivery Issues & Exceptions

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or missed delivery, the item may be returned to us. We offer two options:

  1. Re-ship the item at an additional shipping fee

  2. Process a partial refund, excluding original shipping

For packages lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve or replace accordingly.
